Missed the Billing Blueprint Webinar? Watch the Replay
Yesterday I hosted the Group Practice Billing Blueprint workshop. Sixty minutes, three core reveals, one playbook. If you missed it, here is the short version.
Reveal one: your sequence is backwards. Claim submission is stage six of your revenue cycle, not stage one. Credentialing, registration, eligibility and benefits, payment posting, and aging follow-up all come first. Submit first and post payments second, and you manufacture duplicate denials. Every one of those costs $52.74 to rework (2026 Availity Abrasion Index). Ten preventable denials a week is $27,425 a year.
Reveal two: CAQH is now Data Spring, a real-time database. Stale profile data causes silent claim drops. The fix is a 120-day signature and attestation renewal lock.
Reveal three: the $53 rate gap. Traditional group practices collect roughly $149 for CPT 90837 while platform entities collect $202 for the same code. That is a contract problem, and contract problems are solved with data, not hope.

And if the webinar showed you where the leaks are, the Practice Health Check finds every one of them. It is an annual physical for your revenue cycle: a Practice Wellness Expert spends 2 to 5 days taking your practice's vitals across all seven stages, then hands you a wellness score and a detailed report of exactly what to fix.

We only take 3 to 4 practices through it each month, and the calendar fills fast.
