In recent weeks, the healthcare industry has been reeling from cyber-attacks targeting Change Healthcare, a central clearinghouse in the space. Change Healthcare impacts one out of every three patient records in the United States. These attacks have caused disruptions and delays, creating a significant burden for private practice owners, especially therapists who rely on these services to ensure smooth operations and cash flow. 


At Practice Solutions, we understand the challenges and frustrations these cyber attacks have brought our clients. While claims are unable to be submitted through Change Healthcare, we are exploring alternate claim submission methods as they become available based on industry recommendations and response.  Our aim as always is to remove the burden of billing so that providers can focus on patient care, while keeping you informed on what we know.  We recently began operating in Office Ally to help providers submit claims and resume payments.
